Job Title: Snr Sales
Grade: Director/Executive level
Salary: £150,000 base, OTE £200+
Location: Hammersmith
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the sales and growth of the UK region in the Financial Tech Services line of business.
- Strategies the way forward and grow the business in terms of revenue, margin, large and marquee deals, market share and customer wallet share.
- Identify and acquire new logos to create new business opportunities.
- Build and grow the Financial Services business and ensure revenue and profitable growth indicators are met
- Proactively create large, integrated transformation deals.
- Partner with presales and global practices as well as domain teams to seed opportunities, roll out proactive propositions, and take them to closure
- Responsible for maintaining CXO-level relationships with key accounts and ensuring customer retention
Requirements:
- Equipped with 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in the domestic market in an IT services/consulting business
- Salesperson preferably working in a leading consulting firm with prior experience of working with offshore teams.
- Strong local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations within the region.
- Well-versed with selling IT services and products business offerings and delivery models, Digital Transformation, AI/ML/Blockchain, Automation Testing, Data Engineering.
- Able to manage implementation services, application outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing, and business process consulting
- Willing to travel regionally to meet key clients in person
- Strategic thinker with an external market/customer orientation
- Experienced in transformational deals and delivery know-how
- Experienced in understanding new-age service offerings in the technology domain like Cloud, Digital, Data Engineering and Automation
- Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability (document deals) to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business executives at leading financial firms
- Prior experience in relationship building with industry executives at trade shows, conferences, industry events and professional association meetings
- Strong analytical and negotiations skills.
- To succeed in this position, you must be self-motivated, ambitious, focused, detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task and have the ability to work with offshore pre-sales and solutioning counterparts to develop opportunities.
