The opportunity

You will become an integral part of our fantastic Waterloo Building Surveying team, working on a variety of residential, education, commercial and civic projects. You will be passionate about managing projects from inception to completion and supporting our clients with your technical and professional expertise.

Our Waterloo team provides our clients with a range of services including:

• Refurbishment and Maintenance Programmes
• Project delivery and Contract Administration
• Building defects analysis
• Specifying of works
• Structural conditions surveys
• Feasibility studies
• Carry out miscellaneous and professional technical duties including Party Wall matters, Disrepair Surveys etc.

Types of projects:

- Large framework contracts for London Boroughs

- MMC and off-site construction methods

- Community and Civic projects

- Community regeneration projects

- Carbon Resilience and Zero-Carbon

- Fire Safety Works including cladding

- Sustainable new homes

- New school progammes, extensions as well as school refurbishment projects
