IT Technology Analyst

IT Technology Analyst- Remote working with US based Travel- Start ASAP- 12 months+

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced IT Technology Analyst for a position with our global client located near Detroit, Michigan.

The IT Technology Analyst will work to apply knowledge to assist senior team members on a diverse range of innovative, high-value projects .There will be a focus on handheld digital equipment's to be configured and installed at client's site. This may require off site as well on site visit as and when needed.

Requirements for the IT Technology Analyst:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working on or supporting Microsoft Windows server operating systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory security principles and design of security models
• Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking components and Firewall principles
• Technical troubleshooting skills and experience
• Experience in SAP SD Module
• Good understanding of printing configurations on delivery documents through SAP

Responsibilities for the IT Technology Analyst:

• Execute the technical deliverables (eg, logical system design, detailed security design) on the projects installing or upgrading applications
• Work with Senior Solution Manager and Solution Manager in the project planning process
• Provide guidance and coaching for junior members on the team
• Provide expert level support to the teams that provide run-the-business support for Integrated Supply Chain apps
• Participate in timely implementations of strategic solutions
• Provide a technical role in analysing problems involving Window, Linux, certificate applications and security technologies
• Responsibility for delivering solutions in an independent manner
• Ability to lead overall project phases
• There is no formal on-call coverage, but this role provides subject matter expertise that may be required 2x7 by the run-the-business teams
• Limited off hours work to support upgrades and implementations as needed

Contract details for the IT Technology Analyst:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 12 months, plus extension
• Location: Remote working with USA travel up to 40%
