Workshop Labourer Job Vacancy McGill s Scotland East A vacancy has now arisen for an additional workshop Labourer at our Livingston depot. The role is full time and permanent with a basic working week of 40/45 hours, typical working hours are Monday Friday from 7am 4pm. Rates of pay for these roles are £9.50 per hour. As Workshop Labourer your role would be to Ensure the workshop/yard is kept clean, tidy and presented daily as a safe place to work along with assisting the Engineering manager and his assistant with any daily tasks allocated to you Workshop labourer Responsibilities • Ensure a clean tidy and safe environment at all times within the workshop • Daily walk round of Depot assuring yard and associated work areas are clean and Tidy • Maintain a Painting schedule within the workshop areas and floors • Assist with general duties as when required by the Engineering manager and his assistant • Other duties, locations, and hours to suit company requirements on occasion. Workshop Labourer Requirements and Qualifications • Excellent time keeping and attendance • Have a knowledge of manual handling and be comfortable with carrying it out (training will be given) • Be comfortable working light equipment such as floor cleaning machine/Power washer (Training will be given) • Valid driver s license is preferred but not essential • Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential Interested candidates please email a cover letter and your CV
