Project Manager for IT infrastructure and Applications

Managing the Project team and resources to ensure the delivery of IT infrastructure and IT Business Applications required changes for the new manufacturing location and Warehouse.

Project Manager, responsible for coordinating the IT activities to ensure the proper implementation of the IT infrastructure and enhancements to shopfloor applications for the new Manufacturing locations in Mexico and other locations

Major responsibilities would be ensuring the deliverables below are accomplished within defined timelines by consultants and the IT support teams
* Engage and understand the IT Architecture needs
* Collaborate and engage the Infrastructure Team to
* Perform and Follow the activities to procure hardware and engage software developers
* Guide the Testing Cycles and ensure the Sign-off of the proper Stake Holders
* Project Planning and Tracking
* Organize Status updates for the IT and Business Teams
* Prepare timely project status reports for the management
