Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic and growing team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving growth by prospecting and qualifying new leads, and developing relationships with potential customers. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering value to their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers to generate new leads
  • Conduct outbound campaigns to prospect and qualify leads
  • Develop relationships with potential customers and understand their needs
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Use a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns
  • Continuously learn about the products, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development role
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
