Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic and growing team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving growth by prospecting and qualifying new leads, and developing relationships with potential customers. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering value to their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential customers to generate new leads
- Conduct outbound campaigns to prospect and qualify leads
- Develop relationships with potential customers and understand their needs
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Use a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns
- Continuously learn about the products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales development role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
