HR Administrator - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
£20-21.5k base (pro rated)
Nr Bedminster, Bristol
Experis are recruiting on behalf of our Client a leading organisation for an experienced Administrator or HR Graduate to join their team near Bedminster on an initial 6 month fixed term basis to provide administrative support to the HR Function.
Some key deliverables of this role are as follows -
- Provide effective administrative and systems support to HR function
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- 1st point of contact for HR team providing advice and guidance on basic employee matters and escalating to HR Advisors/Business Partners as appropriate
- Update and maintain HRIS system records
- Process contract changes/Off boarding/Measurement of starter satisfaction
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate prior experience in a similar administrative type environment in a fast paced organisation. It would be great if prior HR department experience, however willing to consider applications from strong administrators with other functional experience.
This is an excellent chance for someone to join a leading organisation on an initial 6-month fixed term contract to support the delivery of a top performing Human Resources Function.
