Are you a Systems Analyst with Oracle Cloud ERP experience?

My client is global leading organisation, and they are looking for a positive and excited Business Analyst to provide support on their Oracle Cloud ERP Systems. This is a very exciting time to join this company that welcomes all their colleagues like family.

The Role

You will be working directly with the company's head Business Analyst, providing 1st and 2nd line support. You will assist across all areas of the company and provide solutions and improvements to current System and business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance on all system applications
• Review and action tickets with the relevant team, to ensure all requests are dealt with efficiently
• Perform Data Analytics and create reports
• Actively recommend and implement improvements within the systems and business
• Communicate effectively across all areas of the business

You:

• Experience in using Oracle Cloud ERP Systems
• Substantial Data Analysis experience
• Functional understanding of SQL
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Experience in business requirement gathering and requirement delivery
