QUALITY ASSURANCE AND RISK OFFICER - LONDON

Role: Quality Assurance and Risk Officer

Salary: £35,000

Location: Bishopsgate, London

Hybrid role: 5 in every 10 days on site required

The Role:
Our banking client is looking for a Quality Assurance and officer who will be working within the customer operations department in order to provide assurance and risk management across the customer operations. The successful candidate will be required to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual assurance checks as well as conducting quality assessments of activity to identify faults, best practices, and any required training needs.

Requirements:

• 2 years minimum experience working in a QA or complaints role
• Banking experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Tools
• Hands on, self-starter and pragmatic candidate
