We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a blue chip IT MSP. This role is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week office based.

Key responsibilities

* The Marketing Executive will be responsible for coordinating all the company's marketing activities
* Planning and delivering end-to-end strategic campaigns across all appropriate channels - email, media, content marketing, advertising, social media and PR
* Website management and development experience will be an advantage (WordPress)
* Develop and run SEO and PPC campaigns
* Good at writing and creating content such as blogs and case studies (working with an external copywriter)
* Organise and coordinate events such as conferences, webinars, workshops and exhibitions.
* Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service with a focus on ROI
* Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives (SalesForce/Google analytics)
* Develop content marketing initiatives leveraging industry trends, company brand, and value propositions that drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads and delivers a sales pipeline.
* Communicate with vendors and strategic partners to ensure up-to-date materials and coordinate joint marketing campaigns.
* Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns (MailChimp)
* Run paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn)
* Writing and proofreading creative copy
* Manage social media channels to enhance brand reach and visibility

Required skills and qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 3 years relevant experience with 'Hands-on' experience
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practice
* Solid experience in one or more digital marketing domains: Search, Social, Mobile, Content, eCommerce.
* Experience in managing and delivering B2B & B2C marketing campaigns
* Must have experience of managing teams and agencies to deliver and implement projects
* Technical and creative ability will be a distinct advantage
* Competent user of IT systems & Marketing systems
* Experience in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign), Canva and WordPress is a bonus.
* Knowledge of the IT Service Management industry is also beneficial
