Signavio/Celonis Specialist - Process Intelligence Analyst

A fantastic opportunity to join the client's newly established, Strategic Transformation team. The team reports to the CFO and works closely with the CEO on strategic priorities.

You will mine and model prioritised processes and translate data into actionable insights, collaborate with our Continuous Improvement Leaders and Business Process Owners and ensure focus on prioritised use cases to drive daily value generation.

Description

Process Intelligence Analyst

Your role will report to the Director of Simplification and will have three key areas of focus:

1. Process Intelligence - you will mine and model prioritised processes and translate data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities. You will also partner with process owners to establish metrics for driving and sustaining continuous improvement, and building and maintaining continuous improvement dashboards.
2. Process Mining Set Up- you will collaborate with our Continuous Improvement Leaders and Business Process Owners to set up, shape and optimise our process mining approach to newly prioritised business processes.
3. Continuous Improvement Governance - you will ensure focus on prioritised use cases to drive daily value generation and manage the ongoing reporting of continuous improvement to Process Owners, the Executive team, and the Board. Escalating areas of concern and untapped opportunities for consideration.

Profile

Process Intelligence Analyst

• 3 years+ of data/process analysis experience - including process modelling and process mining.
• Experienced in developing performance dashboards/scorecards.
• Ability in using visual performance hubs/huddles to drive continuous improvement.
• Experienced in using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies to improve processes.
• Ideally some experience working in or with a Process Mining Centre of Excellence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building partnerships with Process owners and SMEs.
• Exceptional Excel, Powerpoint, Signavio/Celonis analysis skills
