IAM Database/Windows/Security Network/Unix Tech Lead

Job Description

• Technical consultancy on Database (Oracle, DB2, Teradata, Sybase, PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server) environments specifically in relation to Identity and Access management practices and controls.
• Technical consultancy on Unix environments (covering Linux, AIX, Solaris) specifically in relation to a strong understanding of Identity and Access management practices and controls.
• Technical consultancy on network environments specifically in relation to Identity and Access management practices and controls
• Technical consultancy on Active Directory and Window's server/desktop environments specifically in relation to Identity and Access management practices and controls.

Database Tech Lead
Strong knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
Expertise in SQL programming and data analysis
Good understanding of database design and modelling, including normalization and optimization.
Familiarity with database security and backup/recovery procedures.
Experience with cloud based database solutions such as Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL, etc.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
Understanding of Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, etc.
Experience with data warehousing, ETL and Business Intelligence solutions.

Unix Tech Lead

Strong Scripting knowledge python, Pearl, bash
Extensive experience with Unix automation, Scripting and programming, specifically with Unix Shell Scripting.
Knowledge of Unix terminologies such as cron jobs, pipes, and Shell variables.
Experience with server management and administration, including monitoring, performance tuning, and security management.
Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Strong practical knowledge of the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of IAM best practices and principles (ie PAM, IGA, Segregation of Duties, Toxic combinations, least privilege etc)

Security Network Lead
Networking Fundamentals: Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, Firewall technologies, VPNs, VLANs, and subnetting.
Security Fundamentals: Knowledge of security concepts such as confidentiality, integrity and availability
Knowledge of how to deploy and configure IDPS systems Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
Encryption Technologies: Knowledge of encryption algorithms and protocols such as AES, RSA, and SSL/TLS.
Operating Systems: Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and their security features
Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge of security regulations and standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Windows Tech Lead
Windows Server: Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, installation, configuration, and administration,
Active Directory: Extensive experience with Active Directory design, implementation, management, and administration.
PowerShell: Proficiency in using PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and processors
Security: Knowledge of security best practices, including threat management and protection, as well as experience with implementing security measures such as Firewalls, access controls, and encryption.
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V, VMware, and virtual machine management.
