Infrastructure Analyst

• IT Infrastructure Support Analyst
• Castleford- 5x days a week onsite
• Up to £35,000

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be working in a close-knit team in an award winning, family-owned Manufacturing Organisation. You will be providing support on all 1st to 3rd line queries as well as end-user software or hardware queries using your pro-active nature and knowledge of Active Directory and Helpdesk Software. The role will be a mix of support and project work.

IT Infrastructure Support Analyst - What will I be doing?

• You will be required to have a good understanding of Office 365, Active Directory and ITIL Principals
• Ability to troubleshoot 1st to 3rd line queries
• Support the IT manager in carrying out the IT support for the business
• Liaising closely with 3rd party vendors
• Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately.
• Communicate issues to the relevant manager or supervisor

IT Infrastructure Support Analyst - What do I need?

• Have a good understanding of office 365 applications, integrations and deployments
• Substantial experience in Microsoft Excel and or SQL
• ITIL V3/V4
• Remote Desktop Service knowledge
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2008R2-2019 operation systems
• Good knowledge of different IT Helpdesk Software essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Significant experience working on a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Help Desk
• Full Clean UK License and Own Car
