2x Network Engineers - Hybrid Working

2x Network Engineers wanted by growing Network & Cyber Security Business, to help troubleshoot, support, and manage infrastructure for UK Client's.

• Title - Network Engineer, Network Support Engineer, 3rd Line Engineer
• Hybrid Working - Office 3/4 days, or home working 3/4 days per week.
• Working Hours - Monday-Friday (9am-5.30pm).
• Base Salary - Up to £70,000 (experience dependent).
• L&D - Paid Technical Training (Certifications).
• Required - Full UK Driving.
• Offices - Brand New, Modern Workplace, Free Parking.

Job Role:

As a (3rd Line) Network Engineer, you will provide 2nd & 3rd Line network and security support to customers for faults and service requests.

Working within strict Service Level Agreements for restoring faults, you will also identify and manage any escalated faults, liaising with third party suppliers for major incidents or network improvements, eg, Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto etc.

Ensuring customers are provided with progress updates relating to incidents/service requests, as well as managing tickets and providing mentoring and coaching to Junior Engineers.

Experience Required:

• Commercial experience of WAN Infrastructure Support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP & Routing Protocols, eg, BGP & OSPF, ISIS.
• Experience supporting MPLS networks, WiFi or SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience working with ITIL methodology and meeting SLAs.
• JNCIP Certified or equivalent knowledge.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experienced working within a Service Provider or ISP Environment/Critical Infrastructure.
• Experience with SNMP monitoring products such as Zabbix.
• Access technologies including SHDSL, ADSL, etc.
• NSE4 or above or equivalent knowledge.
