Facilities Manager - Supplier Side

Facilities Manager - Manufacturing/Industrial - Permanent Opportunity - West Sussex

We are looking for an individual that is highly motivated, proactive and can build great relationships to grow win-win outcomes for the team and the customer/client.

We need an individual with a technical background, has worked in fast paced environments and hand has led teams across range of FM services to be part of the client's senior leadership team.

Candidates should have experience working as an FM Supplier

Role:

To take overall responsibility for the quality and operational day to day delivery of the total FM services including but not limited to Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, Landscaping, Postal Services, Front of House services, Project Works, Helpdesk processes and 3rd party management as per contract requirements

To own the customer experience across all service lines and the 3 buildings on site

Create strong stakeholder relationships with multiple clients and stakeholders to drive site performance, manage expectations and keep all parties updated on contract performance and pipeline of future works

Leadership of a dedicated workforce to the site, providing guidance, direction and vision inline with values and targets.

Drive service excellence across operational teams

Able to react in an ever-changing business environment

Essential skills

Hard and soft FM experience ideally gained within manufacturing, industrial and/or defence

Solid understanding and experience of managing hard services within critical environments

Team leading experience

Experience working in a large scale FM Contract

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication experience
