Seeking a 2nd line Support Analyst to join a past paced high performing team in Biggin Hill. This is an onsite role dealing with both VIP and non VIP stakeholders. You will be providing mainly software and troubleshooting support (O365 environment) as well as hardware, laptop and desktop support to multiple users onsite and offsite.

Have you worked with and provided high level support on Active Directory, MAC, MS Exchange and CRMS systems? You must be open and ready to get involved in other areas of IT and jump in when needed. Customer and end user focus is key - solving problems timeously and getting people back up and running is imperative.

The 2nd line Support Analyst requires the following experience and skills:

• IT related certifications or qualifications is beneficial.
• Min 4 years experience in a 2nd line Support Analyst role working with the following.
  Windows and Microsoft Office systems
  Backup solutions
  Active Directory
  PC hardware and printers
  Office 365
• Confident, effective communicator in English (both verbally and written)
