( Cisco Performance Analyst, EXFO SensAI, Active/Cisco, 5G )

We are looking for a Resident Engineer to work on a customer site based in Denver, Colorado.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Cisco performance analysis and a mobile network background. Experience with the EXFO Nova SenseAI tool will be a distinct advantage.

Requisites:

- At least 3 years of Mobile network Transport Testing & Troubleshooting
- Experienced in CISCO Networks KPIs and Counters Monitoring is mandatory.
- Senior CORE expert with experience on Network optimization activities.
- Conduct on-the-job training with Customer teams for real-world use cases
- Provide training and consulting on how to identify network performance trends.
- Configure, customize, and tune the solution KPIs and dashboard for each one of the 3rd party data inside EXFO Nova SensAI Anomaly detection and operational analytics module.
- Monitor and manage the EXFO solution, detecting any malfunction in advance and opening tickets to the support team, participate in incident management and support bridges, investigations, and troubleshooting problem over the solution as needed.
- Provide ongoing technical expertise, guidance, and configuration changes to the solution as required by Customer. Provide Customer with assistance in isolating and resolving problems based on Supplier's system results.
- Assist customer in day-to-day troubleshooting, Dashboard/KPI consulting, point of contact for business users to drive solution adoption among different customer stakeholders.
- The Resident Engineer will dedicate several days to transferring his knowledge of EXFO solution daily usage. The objective is to allow Customer to work on EXFO solution with all necessary knowledge and to take full advantage of features available.

Objectives:

- Provide ongoing technical expertise, guidance, and configuration changes to the solution as required.
- Provide administration support to customers designated solution administrator.
- Conduct daily and weekly proactive monitoring of the health and status of Supplier's applications, network connections, reporting and Servers. If an issue is found, the RE takes appropriate action to resolve it including escalation to the customer or Supplier technical support or engineering functions as required.
- Provide technical expertise regarding the integration of Supplier's products with any developed or 3rd party applications as mutually agreed.
- Provide the customer with assistance in isolating and resolving problems based on Supplier's system results.
- Participate in incident management and support bridges, investigations, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Support during EXFO solution installation Phase.
- Dashboards & Reports preparation
- Build dashboards to visualize results in EXFO SensAI Tool
- Configure alerted (or AD) for threshold violation alerts to Customer ops team
- Troubleshooting Analysis
- Troubleshoot the issues detected using the EXFO SensAI solution.
- Experienced in Active/CISCO Systems is mandatory.
- Good Knowledge on 5G Products
- Someone with broad expertise in Core, and preferably with experience simulators.
