Our client, an innovative FinTech organisation, are currently recruiting for Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for filling a range of internal technical vacancies, including Software Developer, Head of Platforms and DevOps Engineer. The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will have experience streamlines process, working closely with external agencies.
Key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Partner:
Driving our clients recruiting strategy across all areas of the business.
Streamlining processes with all hiring managers, analysing application data, reviewing strategies, key contact for all external agency and managing PSL,
attending external career focused events, focusing on prioritising direct candidate streams,
in depth candidate mapping and direct sourcing for niche talent,
managing the company ATS
