Fawkes & Reece are currently have an opportunity to further strengthen the team. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing recruitment campaign the Fawkes & Reece , including interim and permanent opportunities.
The Role
With regards to the role, you will manage the day to day resourcing, ensure that you are speaking with all the managers and shareholders within the business about areas of growth.
Recruitment Assessment days and also ensuring that all stakeholders and managers are kept informed.
- End to End Recruitment.
Proactive sourcing across a number of recruitment tools, including headhunting, proactive sourcing, Linkedin & other social platforms
Assessment days
Liaising with Stakeholders
Supporting the Head of Talent to think of innovative ideas
Booking & managing interviews
About you
A significant experience of recruiting across a range of functions at all levels including permanent roles
A proven track record in sourcing, attracting and recruiting candidates across different geographies
Ability to work in a fast - paced environment
2+ years recruitment experience
A strong team player able to work on own initiative
Excellent verbal communication
