A well-established software company based in the heart of Wigan, who have been in business for over 40 years are now on the look out for a new team member due to the vast growth of the company! This is a great chance to join a business which will allow you to undertake a mixture of some exciting project work and support duties from day one! You will be providing technical support for the businesses huge client base. Day to day tasks will include: Picking up escalations from the 1st line team and passing on any to the 3rd line team, being involved with some exciting project work alongside the developers within your team and also taking part in training and development sessions to progress within your career and get the chance to work with their bespoke softwares.
The staff retention here is great as they put a lot of time into their staff to ensure they are working within a fun, friendly environment!
