IT Support Analyst required for a leading organisation in Fife.
They started off as a family run business and have expanded greatly opening sites across all of the UK and operating across Europe becoming one of the leading organisations within their sector. They are keen innovators and technology plays a big part in this and as such are looking to grow their team.
You will join a small team of Engineers, providing 1st and 2nd level of support across all of the business for on-site and remote users. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to configurate, maintain and troubleshoot a range of IT hardware such as laptops, mobiles routers and switches. You will also have experience of working within a Microsoft 365 environment and the ability to work with key applications such as SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange. A driving license is not essential, but it would be beneficial for yourself to commute to and from the office.
You will have the following skills/experience -
** Experience working within a similar role
** Strong knowledge and experience with O365, Azure and Active Directory
** Strong verbal and written communication skills
** Experience of hardware support; laptops, printers, routers
The salary on offer is circa £30K depending on experience and benefits which include 33 days annual leave (including public holidays), pension, hands on training and, they can be flexible on occasional remote working days, but you must be willing to be on site as and when required.
