A brilliant role of IT Business Analyst is available to join an award-winning, global business based in Malton to support business application projects, including ICT and business change. You will earn up to £40,000 depending on experience, plus an extensive benefits package including 33 days holiday, and life assurance.
As IT Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the team working to deliver the IT strategy for the business, and your responsibilities will include:
Regular interaction with the customer base across the sites, to develop the IT service and further support the business
Working proactively to organise your diary and arrange meetings with stakeholders
Manage the existing relationships with customers, and take responsibility for the delivery of functional changes and business process improvements
Support the delivery of the IT business-aligned strategy, adhering to budgets and deadlines
Conduct interview-style discussions, to determine as-is and to-be processes, in order to recommend and implement key activities
Carry out risk assessments and risk management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Project management responsibilities including: managing day-to-day operational aspects, completing documentation, working with developers and designers, and submitting project reportsTo be successful in this role of IT Business Analyst, ideally, you will have 2 years experience in a Business Analyst role and have the following skills and experience:
Excellent communication and team working skills, and experience liaising with stakeholders at all levels
Able to provide clear direction, to make informed recommendations
Knowledge of IT systems within a commercial environment
Experience with SAP would be advantageous for this role
