An experienced Planview administrator to support multiple teams that use Planview for resource and capacity planning, portfolio and project management and financial planning.
The Planview Administrator is responsible for maintaining Planview application configuration and data as well as providing end user support and training.

Key Accountabilities -

Ensuring our Global portfolio of projects and transition plans are clearly linked to our strategic agenda with clear business outcomes underpinned with the right capabilities & geo-footprint of resources.
Supporting our planning cycles and 18 month rolling forecast across all markets and functions across our client
Right level of governance oversight, providing risk management and mitigation, whilst maintaining our control environment.
Capacity and resource planning to ensure successful delivery
Innovation and continuous improvement to deliver our programs in an efficient and effective manner focusing on speed to value.
Portfolio Management & Delivery : Day to day management and delivery of portfolio activities / financials
Monthly reviews across market BPM covering the full portfolio
Drive transformation to deliver value and business outcomes fast leveraging the PACE Delivery framework and in particular adoption and embedding of Agile methods, mind-set, and culture across DBS and the business
Supports the ongoing management of the Project & Portfolio Management tool across all DBS regions and service areas. Gives support with implementing changes and enhancements to portfolio management tools; assists with data collection and reporting in the PPM tool. Supports a global stakeholder network with providing assistance and trainings, suggesting best practices around portfolio management.

Ongoing maintenance of tools – Planview, JIRA, Fintracker (Open to learn and support new tools)

Manage the internal support mailbox dealing with and providing solutions to user queries covering various functionality of the portfolio management system and PMO processes (user roles and licenses; project dashboards; project scheduling; time sheeting; recharges; project financial plans; resource management; reporting; change requests)
Manage the tools from a central perspective including user license management, training (creating and giving), system architecture, ownership of Super user call, manage relationship with the vendor of the tool, month end reporting activities
Tools vendor management
Complete enhancements to tools

Support scoping requirements driven from both Super Users and PMO team
Support development of system/process enhancements including the testing and implementation of changes
Support PMO team with PMO activities (data analysis) and maintenance related to managing the project portfolio

Identify and action data inconsistencies/poor quality data in the tool directly with the key stakeholders across the portfolio
Review and propose actions to improve existing processes and data requirements
Essential:

Information Systems experience in a large globally distributed environment.
Understanding of project delivery methodology (PACE)
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations of several stakeholders.
Strong time planning skills with great follow through.
Strong use of Excel, and PowerPoint
Self-motivator and ability to manage own schedule and personal drive to take ownership and deliver solutions
Knowledge of a PPM tool
Programming languages - C, C++, JAVA, SQL
Tools - Planview, JIRA, Excel VBA, MS office (Visio, Excel, Advanced Excel, PPT), ServiceNow
Education:

Degree / Master Level
