You will manage and develop a team of talented and technical 1st & 2nd Line Analysts to provide a vital 24/7 and NOC service to customers throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor, manage, develop, and expand the team of 1st & 2nd Line service desk analysts.
Provide a customer centric escalation and communication point for service desk operations.
Implement and improve ITSM workflows.
Performance analysis, resource management and data reporting.
Improvement Planning and Implementation for all service desk operations.
Work closely with customers (including their service desk/support functions) to understand how to best work together.Required Skills & Experience:
ITIL Foundation or higher qualification, as well as networking related certification such as CCNA, CompTIA+, MCAA etc.
Experience in managing an IT service desk.
Proficiency with network technologies (WAN, LAN & WLAN).
Effective communicator and have a strong systems integration background.
Excellent service and customer focus, with a strive for continual service improvement.Benefits:
