SERVCES PROJECT COORDINATOR (full-time position):
Kambrian is a high-growth IT and Telcom value-added reseller (VAR) providing IT / Telecom services. We are looking for an experienced full-time operations team member who is responsive, enthusiastic, and flexible to help grow our low-voltage (cabling) and electrical Field Services business. New hire will learn significantly about operations, project management and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with excellent fringe benefits. Hourly rate is $21-$24 commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: help win more bids and ensure project success
Assist with estimation and bidding process
Assist with pre-qualification process with prime contractors
Drive project kick-off, and mobilization of people, equipment, and material
Manage projects and rollout implementations
Order, track and manage material for projects
Visit field to work with customers and field technician to assess project status and get feedback
Technician dispatching and operations: help grow our business by delivering quality services
Be responsive and responsible to customer's dispatch requests via email or calls to increase customer satisfaction and retention
Schedule jobs and plan routes for technicians per customer job request to ensure availability
Ensure technicians' performance following work-flow procedures like sending in closeout forms
Ensure accurate record-keeping, eg technicians' hours, pay rate, and material used
Assist accounting team with reconciliation of invoices with customers
Identify and escalate issues timely to management if needed to resolve issues
Skills and Experience requirements:
Must be organized with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
Be good with numbers and computer efficiency
Must be diligent in finishing tasks and resolving issues in a timely manner
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to identify customer issues for escalations if needed
Ability to handle a high volume of emails and calls with customers and technicians
Ability to build good relationship with field technicians and customers
College degree required with at least 2-4 years of work experience
Positive attitude to work on new tasks in fast-paced; covering for other teammates as needed
IT or construction industry experience preferred
Flexibility and willingness to work East Coast hours (6-3pm) or West Coast hours or 9-5pm PST or weeknight or weekends if needed
