My Client a successful company based in Weybridge are seeking a confident IT Manager and IT Field Engineer. Your role will involve covering all IT issues in the Weybridge Head Office as well as visiting the high net worth residential clients and high end commercial clients out on site. This is a varied role where you will be required to wear many hats and no 2 days will be the same.
Responsibilities:
Assisting the sales team with the IT spec when part of a larger project
Liaising with clients and surveying IT works for purely IT projects
Managing and overseeing the installations, utilising engineers to Install in a timely and professional manner in line with company guidelines and timeframes
Commissioning the IT install
Supporting maintenance team on maintained systems
Help grow the department and venture into larger projects and business development
Make sure the department is financially profitable
Attend management meetings and work as part of the management team to help develop the business
Skills
A IT qualification or degree
At least 5 years' experience working in a IT environment
Experience of installing residential network based systems
Have a valid clean UK driving licence
Fantastic attention to detail
A natural communicator and the ability to build relationships
