Performance Data Manager needed with South Gloucestershire Council
Start Date- ASAP
Location - Yate
Duration - Initially 4 months
Hours per week - 37 hours per week
Salary - £197 ltd a day
Description:
You will manage and lead a team of information analysts responsible for the Council's Adult Social Care functions
You will lead the development and delivery of strategies for the provision and use of management information in our social care functions.
This includes data analysis and presentation to support policy formulation, decision making and reporting of performance measures and benchmarking, as well as the development and delivery of data to support financial monitoring and service improvement
You will also advise commissioners on the effective performance monitoring of contracted and commissioned services and support the delivery of the JSNA
What is required?
Educated to degree standard, preferably one with statistical or significant numerical and/or computing content, or have substantial experience in a similar role
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively project manage the delivery of timely and accurate statutory returns to Government
You will have substantial strategic management experience
You will have substantial technical and management experience in data analysis in a large complex organisation
