Internal Recruitment Coordinator - Permanent – Shaftsbury
TeamJobs are working alongside a leading logistics and warehousing company in Dorset, to support the growth of our clients Recruitment and HR Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for growth, development and influence within a thriving business.
Role & Responsibilities
* Liaise with managers and update job descriptions.
* Draft and post job adverts on a variety of media including company website, job boards and LinkedIn.
* Shortlist and review CVs and advise Hiring Managers on selection criteria.
* Working with hiring managers to arrange interviews.
* Ensure smooth transition from ending of recruiting process to the on-boarding of new employees.
* Promote company as an employer of choice on LinkedIn.
* Complete salary benchmarking.
* Maintain recruitment records and files.
* Report on recruitment activities to the Group Head of HR.
* Complete and issue new starter contracts and welcome emails.
* Updating recruitment systems and updating HR tracker.
* HR filing/e-filing.
* New starters and leavers on the system
* Manage the probation process.
* Ensure legal compliance is met in all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.
* Review process and policy as an ongoing continuous improvement, bringing new ideas and innovation to the group.
* Conduct and review Induction processes.
* Assist in the wider HR team as and when required.
Experience Required
* Previous Recruitment experience is essential.
* Basic knowledge or awareness of HR policies and procedures.
* Access to own car to drive between sites.
* Ability to manage up and offer market expertise.
Hours & Salary
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30 to 16:30 OR 9:00 to 17:00
* 1 day hybrid – must be Tues, Wed or Thurs
* Salary £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
