£50,000 - £60,000 – Service Delivery Manager – Dartford
The company are a small to medium sized managed service provider based near Dartford. This position is office based 5 days a week so you will need to be in commutable distance to the office.
Preferably we are looking for someone who has MSP experience or has worked for an outsourced IT company.
This position will head up a service desk team size of roughly, 10 – 15 members of staff mixed across 1st – 3rd line support and team leaders.
This is a permanent position, however you must be UK based and not require Visa sponsorship.
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who has experience with Office 365, ITIL, Problem management, Major Incident management, Team management and Managed Service reporting and documentation tools on a permanent basis, based on your level of experience salaries are ranging up to £60,000 per annum.
