Overview:
A market-leading creative organisation located in Southwest London is looking for an IT Manager to join their team ASAP.
My client works with a range of global leading companies and continue to grow year on year.
To be suitable for this role you must have strong experience in managing IT infrastructure and services (cloud and on-premises) in a Mac OS environment and be confident working in a fast paced fun environment and be able to stick to deadlines.
It would be very beneficial if you have broad experience and understanding of the needs of a creative and digital agency.
Key Skills:
Expert knowledge of being able to support a predominantly macOS environment with some Windows computers on-site and remotely
Server deployments & management - Windows & Linux
Apple device management (JAMF, Apple Business Manager, or similar Apple-related MDM))
Cloud management - AWS / GCP
Network configuration and management
Backup technologies
Scripting (Python, PowerShell or Bash)
Experience with automation and optimizing workflowKey Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth running of SaaS systems, SSO (Okta) and Google Workspace
Device Management tools (JAMF, Apple Business Manager, etc)
Manage Networking equipment
Manage Servers and Configure Hardware
Manage cloud environment - AWS & GCP
Manage all Security updates
Maintain and update all necessary documentation and mapping
Budget Management
Backups
Directly manage an IT Engineer and provide clear guidance
Ensure IT systems run smoothly and safely in line with any legal compliance requirements
Maintain and update Disaster Recovery Plan
Ensure all IT Policies are kept up-to-date and enforced when requiredBenefits Package
