Quint Education are an early years recruitment company operating since 2014 providing staff to Day Nurseries in London and surrounding areas. We are a friendlt team and looking for someone that is commited and a hardworker. We are based in the lovely area of Bushey in Hertforshire.
Job Summary
Support the principal recruitment consultant through understanding and matching the needs of our clients and candidates to provide quality tailored recruitment services whilst continually meeting target.
Reports to: Consultants
Salary: From £19,000 to £21,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday (some weekends)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
* Collaborate with consultants to gain a full understanding of the vacancies prior to commencing in the selection process
* Working towards deadlines to ensure vacancies are sourced and filled in timely and efficient manner
* Source and manage candidate applications using various job boards, networking, social media and other methods
* Adverting Vacancies
Candidate Management
* Identify potential matches for current vacancies and checking availability
* Screen candidates over the phone
* Negotiate contracts
* Updating client and candidate information on in-house database
* Booking candidates into shifts on adhoc basis daily, weekly or monthly
* Be able to work some Saturdays and Sundays to fill an emerecy bookings for follwoing weeks
Administration
* Management of candidate and client documentation ensuring compliance
* Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently
* Timesheet correlation and processing
* Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
* Answering Calls from Clients and Contractors.
* General Admin

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
* Recruitment practises - interviews
* Social Media as an advertising and recruitment tools
* Commercial awareness
Skills
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
Writing advertisement
Ability to prioritise
Persuasive, persistent and patient
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
Negotiation
Meet deadlines and target
Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word processing programs, and e-mail
Analytical and problem solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Decision making skills
Interpersonal communication
Rapport building skills
Effective communications skills
Personal Attributes
The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing finance duties and must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

* Unpredictable work patterns may be experienced at times
