This is a maternity 12 month cover contract.
Home working but must be able to attend Swindon office once a month (at your own cost)
Your role will be to find and network with vets. Newly qualified or employed you will update the contacts list and make approaches via Linkedin and industry-specific sites.
This is a relationship building role. It can take 1-5 years of talking to a vet before they move forward so you will be integral to starting that introduction and arranging calls and meetings with the sales team.
Key responsibilities (will include, but not limited to):
Candidate mapping and head hunting activity for targeted regions, ensuring the pipeline and talent pools are developed.
Lead generation from recruitment activities such as headhunting, adverts, social media campaigns
Attend recruitment events and congresses to attract potential candidates and represent the brand
Candidate networking through social media and other methods
Work with the partnership recruitment manager to deliver marketing activity and new ideas are developed and implemented
Maintain a strong social media presence
About you
The role would suit an individual who can demonstrate experience of lead finding and recruitment marketing
You will be proactive in your approach, with proven skills within direct sourcing through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn and social media.
You will be experienced within lead generation
MS Office skills (with a focus on Excel) are required, along with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
