Are you looking to work with an award-winning SAP and IT Managed Services business with worldwide exposure? If so, our client has the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to join the business as a Junior Project Manager
The ideal candidate would possess experience working in a customer service oriented and customer facing environment.
Some of what you will be doing:
* Keeping the customer relationship under control
* Managing the vendor relationship
* Reporting on a regular basis
* Moving forward unanswered customer concerns and working with the BAU Support department as needed
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
* A polished and assured demeanour
* Excellent customer experience
* Good technological knowledge and ability to work in a technical environment
* Good interpersonal skills and communication (both written and oral) when engaging with people of all levels.
* Ability to confidently and competently handle relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers
* Minimum GCSE or equivalent Maths & English – grade c or above (essential)
It would be nice if you had:
* Microsoft 365 knowledge
* Azure knowledge
* Google Workspace knowledge
* ITIL
* Agile working experience
