retentionResponsibilities & Experience:
Establish a Data Operations team
Recruiting, coaching and mentoring a small number of data analysts
Provide leadership and management to the team
Define a Data Governance Framework
Maintain a Master Data Dictionary
Implement standards and techniques that improve data processing and data analysis
Quickly and effectively identify appropriate solutions to data analysis issues
Assist with the identification and management of data requirements
Understand the use of data to support the business' compliance duties
Manage the outcome of analysis including the presentation of reports and results
Oversee the compliance of GDPR practices in the use and handling of data sets
Good understanding of data reporting and visualisation tools ie.
