Pertemps Cambridge are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their team. You will be provided with structured training and leading technology that you will need to do your job.
The branch is well established in the Cambridge area located in Waterbeach, and there are plenty of opportunities to progress if that is your ambition.
We are interested in speaking to you if you come from a customer service or sales background. Recruitment is all about work ethic and application and with our training and support we believe we can give you all the tools required to succeed!
Your role:
Your first three months with include your induction to the company and then get you started with your learning and development programme which Pertemps pride themselves in as all trainers and content and the delivery is completed by employees that have first-hand on the job experience in the industry.
Good local knowledge of the Cambridge area is a must, as you will be liaising with local clients and candidates.
This is a ‘hands on’ recruitment role which includes:
* Proactively support the recruitment process
* Assisting with payroll
* Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods
* Assist with applicant screening processes, and interviews, to determine their suitability for each role
* Advertise roles and attract applicants
* Provide pre-employment and compliance checks
* Maintain current knowledge of the recruitment industry and best practices
* Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs
* Organising candidate interviews and client meetings
* Using social media and digital channels for candidate and client attraction
* Networking with clients to establish/grow relationships

Ideally you would have a full driving licence as you would be going out on client visits.
