Recruitment Resourcer
Are you looking to get start your career in Recruitment? We are currently look for multiple individuals to enrol on our trainee scheme to build their way up to be a Recruitment Consultant with no cap towards your earning potentials.
Responsibilities include: -
* Calling candidates to discuss job opportunities
* Source and select candidates for shortlist by identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies.
* Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
* Getting leads from candidate calls
Experience and skills required: -
* Customer Service Background Desired.
* Recruitment Experience Desired
* Confident speaker on the phone.
* Microsoft Office Competent – Excel/Word/Outlook
* Organised and Proactive
Working for 4Recruitment Services: -
* Competitive basic salary and uncapped commission
