Systems Analyst
Walton on Thames
£35,000 - 38,000
Our client based in Walton are looking for a Systems Analyst to join their team. The purpose of this position is to take responsibility for maintaining and improving systems for the company.
The Systems Analyst will:
Conduct regular reviews of systems
Create system guidelines
Provide 2nd Line support role to all IT Systems
Document application development processes
Troubleshoot all IT systems issues
Create report for the managers and teams when required
Work with the application development team
Supervise with the design, testing, and modification stages
Communicate plans with stakeholders
The ideal Systems Analyst will:
Be educated to degree or equivalent level ideally
Have previous experience working within an IT position
Have knowledge of MS 365, laptops, servers and desktops
Be able to drive and have access to a car
Be confident with Active Directory and able to use systems
Maintain great customer service skills
Have the ability to deliver under pressured environments
Maintain working knowledge of SQL and web-based technologies
