Due to further growth plans and ongoing success, we are now looking to hire an additional Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As an Internal Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for increasing headcount across the business and helping us secure the very best talent in the market. The focus of this role will be to recruit Recruitment Consultants of all levels across our key markets (both Trainee and experienced) to the business. The position is fast paced and demanding, and you will need to be comfortable and confident liaising with a wide range of people. For this role we are looking for an energetic, proactive Recruiter who has the ability to sell our business and act as a brand ambassador for us in the market.

Job Role:

Advertising and marketing all live vacancies using social media and other channels (job boards, LinkedIn etc)
Headhunting passive candidates to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of candidates coming into the business at all times.
Develop, maintain and grow strong networks within our market sectors.
Act as "Brand Ambassador" for the business with responsibility to ensure that the company is presented and marketed in an appealing and professional manner
Attend networking events & industry recruitment events when necessary
Pre-screen candidates and telephone interview to ensure appropriate fit.
Work with internal Managers and Leadership Team to ascertain skillsets and key hires for the business
Liaise with management and diarise interviews
Database Management-ensuring all information is recorded on internal systems
Support candidates throughout their interview process and ensure prompt and accurate feedback is givenWhat you will need: This role is a key hire within the business and will be demanding and fast paced. Due to the volume of hires anticipated over the next 12 months, this role will require a driven and quality based Recruiter who can deliver against targets. You will need:

Proactive manner with the ability to think of 'outside the box'
Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
Organised and methodical with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Team player who can work well under pressure in a busy environment
Ability to deal with multiple vacancies and build sold networks
Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience either within an agency environment or as part of an internal team.This role would suit a Recruitment Consultant who still has the drive and desire to earn money and work to targets, but would like to move into an internal capacity. Rec2Rec experience would be advantageous but the most important thing we are looking for, alongside recruitment experience is the desire to work hard and the ability to sell and present our business professionally in the market. We have a great story to tell and this is just the start of what's set to be a very exciting journey for the business- so we're looking for an individual that wants to be a part of that. This position has huge scope to develop and progress.

On Offer: * £25-£30k basic with an OTE of £50-£75k (uncapped commission)
