Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, the regions largest business membership organisation, in their search for a Lead Generation Specialist!
The Lead Generation Specialist is pivotal to their member recruitment and sales process and key to the success of their ambitious data driven sustainable growth strategy. This role involves establishing, developing, and managing effective processes and systems to successfully track, analyse, report, and communicate lead generation data and trend to support the membership team and wider business objectives. This role can be work Hybrid.
The main responsibilities will include:
* Establishing viable new member opportunities by working strategically with and across a variety of data sets and outbound marketing channels (including email, social media, and cold calling).
* Managing the Chamber’s service desk ensuring all member enquiries; inbound leads; feedback is logged, handled, and processed effectively.
* Develop and maintain an effective system to manage inbound sales/ new member leads and referral processes (internal and external)
* Discover research leads / sales opportunities and initiate conversation to establish interest and suitability.
* Set up quality appointments with probable leads, and work with Engagement Managers to communicate necessary information to ensure conversion.
Skills needed:
* A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Math and English
* Educated to degree standard or equivalent (desirable)
* Proven track record in B2B lead generation specialist role (or similar)
* Experience working with B2B data sets (FAME or similar)
* Ability to understand the sales process & goals.
* Ability to analyse data points, interpret and summarise findings effectively.
