HR Administrator (People Team)
Glasgow - 9 Month Initial Contract
A leading Telecoms company, who operate in an agile, customer centric and collaborative environment. They are currently seeking 2 x HR Administrators to work within their People Team on an initial 9 month contract basis, with a view of starting ASAP.
- Complete high volume admin tasks
- Support our Advisors with any high-volume administration
- Input data accurately and promptly on People Online (our HR database)
- Creation of standard HR letters
- Follow up with the business for key HR paperwork
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Administration experience, preferably in an HR environment
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to monitor and prioritise own workload to ensure delivery on deadlines
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt to change quickly
