Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a highly successful team working for a Manufacturing company based in Liverpool. They have big plans for growth so it's an exciting time to join.

Day to day you would be providing support for the internal and external users. The support provided will be reactive, based on the tickets that come in, and then subsequently proactive in order to try and minimise repeat issues with the same root cause. It will be predominantly remote/troubleshooting support, you would do your best to resolve any tickets that come through, but you do have an escalation point if needed.

If you are keen to get into a company where they will train you up and provide progression, then this is an excellent opportunity as that is a big focus for them. Provided you have an interest in working in IT they are willing to train you from the ground up.

Essential skills include:

• IT Background (Degree, qualifications, training, experience etc.)

• Keen interest to work in IT

Advantageous skills include:

• Experience in a similar role

• Manufacturing and distribution industry experience
