Accounts Payable Manager

If you're an Accounts Payable Manager looking to guide a small team of Accounts Payable Assistants and work for a strong brand this may be the role for you.

My client is a leading organisation based in Northamptonshire looking for an Accounts Payable Manager on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. My client is extremely flexible, meaning that you will be based in the office a maximum of 3 days a week with 2 days working from home.

You will be responsible for:

• The full accounts payable cycle, ensuring the team work efficiently and to tight deadlines.

• Overseeing and managing workload of two accounts payable assistants.

• Review payment runs, ensuring details are accurate and payments are made on time.

This role would suit someone who has had experience leading a team, with a strong background in accounts payable. You will be working with a team of established accounts payable assistants, ensuring the day to day runs smoothly.

You will:

• Have a background in Accounts Payable.

• Ideally have experience managing a team.

• Have a friendly attitude.

The salary for this role is £42k
