Senior Java Back End developer (COBOL)

Job title: Senior Java Back End developer (Cobol)

Location: Brussels Belgium (Hybrid)

Duration: Long term contract (Flexible)

Rate: Circa 500 euros per day

Languages: EN (French/Dutch would be a plus)

Your responsibilities:

Analyze the current Cobol modules and Develop Java/design applications components

What you will bring:

- 8 years experience within the domain

- Java and spring framework - Backend

- Security OWASP/Spring Security)

- Remoting (SOAP/RESTful web services, JAXB, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, pache CXF, Apache Camel, SoapUI)

- Java batch, TDD, Cobol, Tooling, Oracle

- Application design, SOAP endpoints, Restful endpoints

- understanding of scrum/Kanban
