HR Advisor/Administrator

Our client is a long standing medium sized services business in Burgess hill.

They have an immediate opening for a contract/temp HR advisor with a good blend of experience between HR Advisory and Administration experience to join a in our busy and friendly cross functional.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day advice and guidance to managers and all levels of colleagues on a wide range of HR issues.

As a valued member of the team, this essential role is Full time and based at our Support Centre in Burgess Hill. The position will be responsible for supporting our wider teams on a range of employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinaries and absence management.

The successful candidate will be

• Professional, confident and friendly.
• Good administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• CIPD (or part) qualified with a comprehensive understanding of current employment law,
