Your new role

This role is based out of our easily accessible head office in Hungerford, reporting to the Global IT Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT and technology to act as point of contact for our global internal customers were you will also help shape and develop the services we provide, as it continuously improves and evolves. What you'll need to succeed
. Excellent written and spoken communication skills
. Ability to investigate unfamiliar problems and generate an effective solution in a systematic and logical manner
. Providing IT support in a Windows based commercial environment.
. Windows 10 administration
. Administration of Active Directory
. Supporting Office 365
. Deployment of Windows Laptop Devices
. As well as being able to work effectively as a member of a team, they must also be able to organise and manage their own workload

Requirements:

. 3 years minimum in an IT service delivery environment
. Microsoft & Azure Active Directory
. Office365 Application suit
. InTune
. MS Security suit (Defender etc.)
. Networking troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
. SharePoint
. Excellent verbal & written communication
. Mitel Connect telephony platform
. PDQ Deploy/Inventory (desirable)
