Lynx recruitment are working with an exciting Insurance company based in Borehamwood who are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive.

They are looking for a motivated individual who has the ability to manage multiple projects to join their Team. Your role will be focusing on the support of planning and activating campaigns that work to drive both customer and prospect engagement and also generate an interested for their products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
• Manage the process, implementation, tracking of each campaign
• Brief and oversee the production of work from internal and external designers, copywriters and producers
• Deliver regular reports of campaign performance, including web analysis and evaluation.
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Budget campaign forecasting and ensure campaigns are kept within agreed budget spend
• Maintain regular measurement of ROI for campaign delivery and use campaign evaluation data to inform new campaigns
• Act as the point of contact for third-party advertisers for our publisher website and support delivery of these campaigns
• Conduct competitor research and analyse benchmarking data
• Recommend website and campaign optimisations based on research
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and growth
• Ensure accuracy of marketing materials, checking for brand consistency and that collateral has followed sign off process

Preferred Skills:

• The ability to manage multiple projects, work within budget, meet deadlines and ensure ROI from campaigns
• Excellent writing skills
• Good numerical skills to analyse and present data
• Paid social media targeting
• Analytic tools such as GA and Heap
• Email platform experience (preferably Dotdigital and/or Pure360)
• Experience of using planning tools such as Notion and Trello
