Data Migration Analyst

HR Data Migration Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid Working

Applicants must have experience with HR/Payroll Systems & strong technical skills with SQL

Technical data skills:

• SQL/SSIS
• Experience with HR/Payroll Systems preferably Ceridian Dayforce but not essential
• Hands on Data Migration skills
• Understanding of Migrating Concepts
• Understanding of the HR modules - Payroll is ideal

Business side:

• Data Quality Cleansing
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Done at least one End to end Data Migration within the HR space.

People skills:

• Good communication is essential
• Delivery focussed
• Must have good people skills and the ability to manage difficult/demanding stakeholders
• Experience with large transformation programmes- complex Legacy data structures day to day

This is a 12-month contract and will be paying a very attractive outside of IR35 day rate

This role requires 2 days in-office (all travel expenses are paid for). The office is located a 30 min train journey from Central London
