£75K - £85K - Plus 10% Bonus & Excellent benefits
Exciting opportunity for a Development/Engineering Manager for a Fintech business in Berkshire. The role will be to manage a development and QA practise with onshore and nearshore teams. The ideal candidate will come from a Microsoft background and have led high performing Scrum teams.
Key Skills
Managing, leading, and motivating the Software Development team, including both Development & QA resources
Code reviews, Peer reviews, Mentoring
Background in Release and Build
Knowledge of Microservices, RESTful APIs, C#, Docker, AWS would all be useful.
