Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to work for a well-known law firm within their real estate division. This role is an amazing opportunity to join a small team of 8, in assisting with the growth of their brand.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for pitches, identifying formal and informal opportunities and managing the end-to-end execution.
- Contribute to the implementation of plans to target key clients, prioritizing and identifying them for cross-selling opportunities.
- Run marketing campaigns to promote the real estate division, improving pitching as well as maintaining ongoing needs such as directory support, events and social digital awareness.
- Work alongside fee earners to develop lead generation activities and identifying, targeting, and prioritizing prospects.
- Manage the referrals programme with driving B2B business development with the aim to maximise revenue from existing and potential referrers.
The ideal candidate:
- Degree within relevant subjects.
- Experience working within a law firm; Real Estate is highly desirable.
- Significant experience working in a comparable role, targeting B2B clients
- Confident communicator, experienced with speaking and influencing with senior stakeholders both internal and external.
- Experienced working in a high pressured, fast-paced environment.
