Based in Manchester, my client have an urgent requirement for an interim IT manager to join them starting first thing in the New Year.

We're looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on the following areas:

• You will be responsible for the IT infrastructure and systems across our business, including MS365, Helpdesk, Business Applications & support of in-house products
• You will be responsible of bringing efficiency to the business, enhancing our growth capabilities, professionalising technology and reducing risk.
• To ensure smooth continuity of Technology services, covering all hardware, software and telephony
• To schedule and maintain any maintenance and replacements, including the implementation of all required software/security upgrades
• To co-ordinate the delivery of all hardware to the relevant staff, which includes keeping asset lists up to date
• To identify opportunities and challenges for growth within the business from an IT perspective
• Implementing & continuously improve our ITIL processes and policies
